Terms and conditions
Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the service. By accessing or using the SalesConex Ltd. service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. SalesConex Ltd. may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and such alterations shall be effective instantly upon publishing and communicating (via e-mail) the modified version.
Client means the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company to whom the candidate is supplied or introduced).
Introduction (means the Client’s interview of a candidate, after SalesConex Ltd. or has passed on to the Client a curriculum vitae or any relevant information which identifies the candidate, and which leads to a permanent position of that candidate).
SalesConex Ltd. Permanent Recruitment
SalesConex Ltd. service is free of charge for the candidate.
An introduction fee will be paid by the Client to SalesConex Ltd. calculated to each client’s specific requirements. This amount has to be paid by the Client within the first 10 days of the candidate beginning his/her employment.
(If a permanent engagement or arrangement is terminated lawfully within 3 months of the commencement date, SalesConex guarantee one free replacement, however, if after a reasonable period of time the replacement is not complete a refund will be issued as follows.
If the Permanent employee resigns or proves unsuitable, the client will be entitled to a refund if the position cannot be refilled in a reasonable period of time. Below outlines our refund policy:
- Up to 4 Weeks – 100% refund
- Up to 8 Weeks – 75% refund
- Up to 12 Weeks – 50 % refund
- Up to 16 Weeks – 25% refund
- After 16 Weeks – 0% refund
